Accessibility statement
This statement explains how we approach accessibility on infostarproductions.com, how we evaluate the experience, and how to report a barrier.

InfoStar Productions LLC designs and develops websites to support people using keyboards, screen readers, magnification, and other assistive technology.
We do not use accessibility overlay widgets. An overlay is a script layered on top of a finished page; it does not replace accessible structure, labels, contrast, or keyboard behavior in the underlying code. Our development approach is explained on ADA compliance and accessibility.
The technical reference we use
We use the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our current technical reference and target. WCAG organizes accessibility around content that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
This site does not publish a formal WCAG conformance claim. A conformance claim applies to complete pages and requires every applicable success criterion at the stated level to be satisfied. Our internal review helps us find and correct barriers; it is not an independent certification.
How we assess this site
Our review of infostarproductions.com combines automated checks with human judgment. It includes the following:
- run automated checks with tools including Axe, Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights;
- inspect links and error states, including what happens when something goes wrong;
- read through the site and its content ourselves rather than trusting a score;
- check that every menu, form and control can be operated without a mouse;
- check text contrast against its background, including over photography;
- review content and page changes before they are published.
Automated tools can identify missing alternative text, unlabeled controls, and contrast failures, but they cannot determine whether headings make sense when read aloud, alternative text describes the image well, or the page is understandable. Manual review covers those questions.
Boundaries and ongoing work
No automated tool, no overlay widget and no vendor can guarantee that a website meets a legal standard.
Accessibility is ongoing work. Content changes, browsers change, and assistive technology changes, so we treat it as maintenance.
We have not published a formal WCAG conformance report or an independent audit for this site. If we commission one, we will say so here and date it.
Known limitations
Some parts of this site rely on third-party services we do not control. Where a third-party component falls short of the standard, we look for an accessible alternative or provide the same information another way. On this site those components are:
- Embedded video from Vimeo and YouTube, which uses those platforms’ players and caption tools.
- Instagram embeds on some pages, which use Instagram’s embed code. The same posts are on our Instagram profile.
- Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our forms from automated abuse.
If you find an accessibility barrier, tell us the page, task, and problem so we can investigate it.

Tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you know it. Specific details help us reproduce and investigate the problem.
We acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days. We will investigate the barrier, explain what we find, and identify a practical fix or alternative when one is available.
